Joya's Bio

Joya Monteiro is a personal trainer, nutritionist, liscensed massage therapist & fitness model. She began modeling when she completely altered her body composition. "Fitness has made a complete change it my life." Being in front of the camera is a way to express myself and I love doing it". Being "FIT" requires so much dedication and discipline and when you work that hard you enjoy showing off all your hard work!"

She plans to compete this upcoming year in the well-known Galaxy Competition. Her joy is working with others, and assisting them in achieving their goals. Her most recent accomplishment is the creation of FitMedia Productions, LLC which is responsible for a fitness network that will help other fitness models/athletes create their own member sites and establish a unique web presence.
